1. Animate and manage a team of sales advisors, providing daily coaching, motivation, and information on the sales floor.
2. Enhance commercial performance within the designated sector and ensure optimal customer service quality.
3. Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
4. Handle customer disputes and manage cash register operations.
5. Ensure proper stock levels and effective merchandising within the sector.
6. Coordinate inventory and commercial operations.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program, at Bac +4/5 level.
2. Previous experience in sales, ideally with team management responsibilities.

1. Strong commercial acumen and customer orientation.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
3. Organizational skills, reactivity, and adaptability.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Availability to work on weekends.

Entry-level experience in sales, with some exposure to team management preferred.

Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 level education in a business-related field.
