Responsibilities
- Welcome and inform customers while ensuring product replenishment and quality to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Participate in the opening of the department and set up various products, ensuring compliance with expiration dates, inventory management, labeling, delivery organization, and daily restocking.
- Advise high-end clientele by listening to their needs.
- Present products, offer tastings, and promote additional sales.
- Animate and maintain the department.
- Assist with closing and participate in daily department activities such as cleaning, hygiene compliance, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Ideally, a first experience in sales.
- A strong interest in sales and gastronomy.
