1. Assist in the opening of the fromagerie section and ensure the proper display and replenishment of products, adhering to expiration dates and inventory management.
2. Welcome and advise high-end clientele by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations.
3. Present and offer tastings of products to encourage complementary sales.
4. Animate and maintain the vibrancy of the fromagerie section.
5. Support in closing duties and contribute to daily operations, including cleaning, hygiene compliance, and inventory management.

1. Currently enrolled in a CAP Cuisine or a Complementary Mention in Dairy or equivalent program.
2. Passionate about gastronomy and eager to advance in the field.

No prior experience required; beginners are welcome.

Currently pursuing CAP Cuisine or equivalent.
