1. Identify project opportunities by optimizing the client database.
2. Prospect potential clients for the year-end period via phone and email.
3. Develop the client portfolio and implement loyalty actions.
4. Manage commercial proposals including briefings, offers, product proposals, quotes, and invoicing.
5. Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Participate in the administrative follow-up of orders and update the client tracking file.
7. Provide quantitative and qualitative activity reporting.

1. Strong customer service orientation and commercial acumen.
2. Interest in the gastronomy sector.
3. Ideally, initial experience in customer relations and a good understanding of the B2B environment.
