1. Serve as an ambassador for the prestigious Le Bon Marché brand, embodying and promoting the men's fashion universe to clientele.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to the brand's sales protocols and ensuring a welcoming environment.
3. Advise clients and facilitate sales transactions through to completion, including payment processing.
4. Develop and maintain a client portfolio to extend the shopping experience beyond the store and foster customer loyalty.
5. Monitor and analyze individual sales KPIs, such as turnover, average basket value, and item quantities, to devise strategies for achieving sales targets.
6. Ensure the optimal presentation and promotion of products within the sales area.
7. Participate in inventory management and commercial operations.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is required.

The position offers an attractive remuneration package with performance-based incentives, advantageous working conditions including a guaranteed weekend off per month, the possibility of a four-day work week, and two consecutive fixed days off.
