1. Serve as an ambassador for the prestigious Maison, embodying and animating the Men's Fashion universe for clientele.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to the brand's sales protocols.
3. Advise customers and facilitate sales transactions through to payment.
4. Develop and maintain a client portfolio to extend the shopping experience beyond the store and foster customer loyalty.
5. Monitor personal sales KPIs and devise action plans to meet objectives.
6. Ensure the presentation and promotion of products and maintain the sales area.
7. Participate in inventory counts and commercial operations.
