- Welcome, advise, and assist clientele in the Women's Designer Footwear department.
- Execute sales transactions through to payment.
- Collect and maintain client contact information for follow-up and loyalty building.
- Ensure product presentation and maintain the sales area.
- Guarantee cleanliness of the sales and back-office areas, addressing issues as needed.
- Secure stock and oversee after-sales service.
- Participate in inventory counts and commercial operations.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Stay informed on daily business metrics and priorities.
- Previous experience in sales or customer relations.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Entry-level experience in sales or customer service is required.
Part-time position with three days off per week (Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday).
