1. Process incoming rolls and pallets.
2. Encode bottles and verify barcodes using a cash register or PDA.
3. Restock shelves with encoded bottles.
4. Organize surplus stock in the reserve area.
5. Order department packaging supplies.
6. Process merchandise arrivals, including encoding, barcode verification, and checking order and delivery notes.
7. Dispatch incoming shipments.
8. Organize and maintain the reserve area.
9. Conduct daily restocking of the wine section and designated areas.
10. Compile restocking lists and execute restocking tasks.
11. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reserve area.

1. Initial experience in customer-facing roles.

2. Strong listening skills and ability to share product knowledge.
3. Dynamic, rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

Beginner level experience in customer service or retail.
