3. Participate in stock management and ordering, and manage shrinkage.
4. Control signage, labels, and displays, making necessary adjustments.
5. Assist in changing product placements, promotions, and inventory preparations.
6. Inform, guide, and advise customers to ensure their satisfaction.

1. First experience in customer contact.

1. Excellent customer service and commercial skills.
2. Ability to listen to customers and share product knowledge.
3. Dynamic, rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
5. Proficiency in English is a plus.
