Le Bon Marché Remote Customer Relations Advisor

- Respond to customer inquiries across all channels, including loyalty programs, e-commerce offerings, store hours, and product availability.
- Manage remote customer requests and needs, including complaints, compensations, disputes, and ongoing cases via phone, email, social media, and mail for both the store and website.
- Engage and manage interactions on social media platforms.
- Promote the services, brands, and benefits of both the physical store and the website to customers.
- Proactively assist customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns for event organization.
- Contribute to activity analysis and service organization.
- Participate in the integration of new team members.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly via telephone.
- Experience in community management or social media.
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk is ideal.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are appreciated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong sense of contact.
- Result-driven and team-oriented.
- Diplomatic, dynamic, and proactive.
- Adaptable and rigorous.
Entry-level experience in customer service and community management is required.
