Le Bon Marché Remote Customer Relations Advisor

- Respond to customer inquiries across all channels, including loyalty programs, e-commerce offerings, store hours, and product availability.
- Manage remote customer requests and needs, including complaints, compensations, disputes, and ongoing cases via phone, email, social media, and mail for both the store and website.
- Facilitate and engage in social media interactions.
- Promote store and website services, brands, and benefits to customers.
- Proactively assist customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns for event organization.
- Contribute to activity analysis and service organization.
- Participate in the onboarding of new team members.
- First experience in customer service, particularly via telephone.
- Experience in community management and strong knowledge of social media.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Desk, or Zendesk is ideal.
- Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented and team player.
- Diplomatic, dynamic, proactive, and adaptable.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.

Entry-level experience in customer service and community management is required.
The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, with a schedule of five days per week from Monday to Saturday.
