1. Address customer inquiries across all channels regarding loyalty programs, e-commerce offerings, store hours, and product availability.
2. Manage remote customer requests and needs, including complaints, compensations, disputes, and ongoing cases via phone, email, social media, and mail for both the store and website.
3. Oversee and engage in social media interactions.
4. Promote store and website services, brands, and benefits to customers.
5. Proactively assist customers to ensure satisfaction.
6. Conduct outbound call campaigns for event organization.
7. Contribute to activity analysis and service organization.

1. Previous experience in customer service, particularly via telephone.
2. Experience in community management with a strong understanding of social media.
3. Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written.
4. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce, Desk, or Zendesk is preferred.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
