1. Welcome, identify, and assist customers entering the store, providing guidance and information as needed.
2. Receive and direct incoming telephone calls, taking messages when necessary.
3. Offer and implement reception services.
4. Perform packaging and bagging activities.
5. Broadcast informational voice messages.
6. Assist clients and employees in the event of personal or material incidents.
7. Address customer objections or escalate to a supervisor in case of disputes.
8. Possess knowledge of the store's offerings and services.
9. Handle cash register operations including opening and closing procedures.
10. Conduct routine transactions and verify payment methods.
11. Count, declare, and report daily takings to the head cashier.
12. Alert the supervisor regarding refund requests and process them as needed.
13. Notify the head cashier of any cash register errors.
14. Manage administrative tasks such as receiving mail and packages, handling lost and found items, and processing customer invoices.
15. Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and order.
16. Manage stock of necessary materials for the reception desk.
17. Stay informed about departmental and store activities.
