- Welcome, identify, and assist customers entering the store, providing guidance and information as needed.
- Receive and direct incoming telephone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Offer and implement reception services.
- Perform packaging and bagging activities.
- Broadcast informational voice messages.
- Assist clients and employees in the event of personal or material incidents.
- Address customer objections or escalate to a supervisor in case of disputes.
- Possess knowledge of the store's offerings and services.
- Handle cash register operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct routine transactions and verify payment methods.
- Count, declare, and report daily takings to the head cashier.
- Alert the supervisor regarding refund requests and process them as needed.
- Notify the head cashier of any cash register errors.
- Manage administrative tasks such as receiving mail and packages, handling lost and found items, and processing customer invoices.
- Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and order.
- Manage stock of necessary materials for the reception desk.
- Stay informed about departmental and store activities.
