- Greet and identify customer needs, providing information and guidance upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Manage customer wait times and coordinate seating with the maître d'hôtel or head waiter.
- Inform customers about the menu offerings.
- Address customer objections or escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
- Handle reservations and manage incoming calls for the restaurant.
- Assist with dining room service as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong team player with excellent presentation skills.
A minimum of 3 years in customer relations, preferably within the luxury or hospitality industry.
