1. Assist buyers in the preparation and follow-up of commercial operations, including sample management for product shootings, receipt of HD visuals, and product catalog requests.
2. Support annual negotiations by legally following up with suppliers, preparing pricing sheets, updating tracking tables, and participating in specific negotiations.
3. Manage and code commercial operations and pricing within the internal GOLD system.
4. Optimize the product reference database, including setting up new items and tracking end-of-life products in coordination with the administrative department.
5. Serve as an information liaison between the Purchasing department and other divisions, such as Marketing, Logistics, Sales, Internet, Catering, Corporate Gifts, and Sourcing.
6. Participate in category analysis to define the annual strategy.
7. Update and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), particularly in sales.
8. Conduct market research and sourcing on product trends and innovations.

1. Student in a business or food industry school, pursuing a gap year or end-of-study internship.
2. Passion for gastronomy.
3. Initial experience in purchasing.

Entry-level experience in purchasing is required.

Currently enrolled in a business or food industry school.
