Le Bon Marché Purchasing Intern

- Assist buyers in the preparation and follow-up of commercial operations, including sample management for product shootings, receipt of HD visuals, and product catalog requests.
- Support annual negotiations by legally following up with suppliers, preparing pricing sheets, updating tracking tables, and participating in specific negotiations.
- Manage and code commercial operations and pricing within the internal GOLD system.
- Optimize the product reference database, including setting up new items and tracking end-of-life products in coordination with the administrative department.
- Serve as an information liaison between the Purchasing department and other divisions, such as Marketing, Logistics, Sales, Internet, Catering, Corporate Gifts, and Sourcing.
- Participate in category analysis to define the annual strategy.
- Update and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), particularly in sales.
- Conduct market research and sourcing on product trends and innovations.
- Student in a business or food industry school, pursuing a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Passion for gastronomy.
- Initial experience in purchasing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Curiosity and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
Entry-level experience in purchasing is required.
Currently enrolled in a business or food industry school.
