- Serve as the primary contact for sales inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt responses.
- Act as the main point of contact for supplier administrative requests, providing timely resolutions.
- Create and update product references and pricing in GOLD, department price lists, and laboratory collection files.
- Inform sales teams of reference changes and their implementation dates.
- Manage supplier pricing disputes and maintain the Economat database with current pricing, packaging, and product information.
- Collect and archive supplier terms and pricing for annual commercial negotiations.
- Create and input Supplier Pricing Sheets into GOLD upon receipt from suppliers.
- Establish unique agreements with suppliers using DocuSign and archive signed agreements.
- Monitor the return of agreements and follow up with suppliers as needed.
- Update the Purchase Negotiations and Supplier Accounting tracking table.
- Develop communication materials for sales teams.
- Participate in the development of offers and commercial operations.
- Assist in proofreading TBM, Christmas, Catering catalogs, and flyers.
- Engage in trend and competition monitoring and create relevant reports.
- Contribute to sourcing new suppliers and products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2)
- Interest in the food industry
