Le Bon Marché Project Manager, Editions & Campaigns

- Coordinate all stages of creation for editions and print materials, including developing creative and editorial briefs.
- Construct and meticulously manage timelines from briefing to printing.
- Oversee product logistics in collaboration with team assistants, style bureau, commercial departments, and external production agencies or shooting locations.
- Supervise editorial content, including briefing writers, text corrections, and product legend validation.
- Ensure the follow-up of retouching and photogravure processes, including briefing retouches and proof corrections.
- Validate content compliance before printing, ensuring commercial and legal standards are met.
- Attend print approval meetings at the printer, accompanied by a production manager if necessary.
- Coordinate the distribution of catalogs in stores and various distribution points, monitoring distribution rates.
- Master's degree in advertising or business school with a specialization in communication/advertising or equivalent university degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in image/marketing project management within a premium environment, either in an agency or with an advertiser.
- Strong image sensitivity.
- Recognized for rigor, attention to detail, organizational skills, and timeline management.
- Ability to work transversally with numerous stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills with an open-minded approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
At least 3 years of experience in managing image, marketing, or print and advertising projects within a premium setting.
Master's degree in advertising, business, or a related field.
