1. Prepare and coordinate construction projects for various spaces including commercial, rental, and office areas.
2. Compile and allocate market dossiers.
3. Develop project schedules.
4. Oversee administrative, technical, and financial aspects of projects.
5. Lead construction meetings and draft meeting minutes.
6. Create technical and architectural summaries.
7. Conduct TCE plan VISA processes.
8. Manage scheduling, coordination, and supervision of construction activities.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
10. Organize OPR and TCE work receptions.
11. Finalize project accounts.
12. Collect and verify DOE/DIUO documentation.

1. Degree in Construction Engineering or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site supervision and coordination.

1. Strong technical skills in construction management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
4. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
5. Attention to detail and commercial architecture sensitivity.
6. Teamwork and collaboration skills.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management and site coordination is required.

Degree in Construction Engineering or a related technical field.
