Project Manager - Construction

1. Prepare and coordinate construction projects for various spaces including commercial, rental, and office areas.
2. Create and assign market dossiers.
3. Develop project schedules.
4. Manage administrative, technical, and financial follow-up.
5. Lead construction meetings and draft meeting minutes.
6. Create technical and architectural summaries.
7. Review and approve TCE plans.
8. Oversee scheduling, coordination, and management of construction work.
9. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
10. Organize OPR and TCE work receptions.
11. Finalize project accounts.
12. Collect and verify DOE/DIUO documents.

1. Engineer in Construction or a technical degree.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site management and coordination.

1. Technical expertise in construction.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Attention to detail and sensitivity to commercial architecture.
6. Teamwork and result-oriented mindset.

Minimum 3 years in construction site management and coordination.

Engineer in Construction or a technical degree.
