1. Prepare and coordinate construction projects for various spaces including commercial, rental, and office areas.
2. Compile and allocate market dossiers.
3. Develop comprehensive project schedules.
4. Oversee administrative, technical, and financial aspects of projects.
5. Facilitate construction meetings and document proceedings.
6. Create technical and architectural summaries.
7. Conduct TCE plan VISA assessments.
8. Manage scheduling, coordination, and supervision of construction activities.
9. Ensure compliance with current hygiene and safety regulations.
10. Organize OPR and TCE project handovers.
11. Finalize project accounts.
12. Collect and verify DOE/DIUO documentation.

1. Degree in Construction Engineering or a related technical field.
2. Proven track record in construction site management and project coordination.

1. Strong technical expertise in construction operations.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Attention to detail and sensitivity to commercial architecture.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management and coordination is required.

Degree in Construction Engineering or a related technical field.
