- Significantly increase sales in the Salons Particuliers and meet established revenue targets.
- Maintain constant communication with internal departments and luxury boutiques to effectively meet client expectations.
- Anticipate the needs of privileged clients by staying informed about store novelties and exclusives.
- Propose personalized services tailored to client profiles.
- Identify and develop a high-potential client portfolio through in-store events, Salons Particuliers, and external events.
- Actively recruit new clients through networking and dynamic engagement to expand the client portfolio and increase appointments.
- Ensure excellence in customer service, acting as an ambassador for the store with personalized in-person and remote interactions.
- Engage with clients to build lasting trust-based relationships.
- Contribute to the grooming and presentation of the Salons Particuliers.
- Promote Green Bon Marché brands to enhance visibility among clients.
- Utilize clienteling tools to actively manage the client portfolio.
- Conduct active market research in fashion, Parisian lifestyle, restaurants, new concepts, and culture.
- Develop internal and external networks to enhance service value.
- Plan, anticipate, and manage team and Salon-related organizational tasks.
- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the luxury or service industry.
- Strong product knowledge across various domains (Fashion, Watches, Jewelry, Accessories) and excellent client understanding (culture, tastes, local and international clientele).
- Recognized client portfolio with the ability to transition it to the brand.
- High adaptability, acute service orientation, and situational intelligence.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, proactivity, and ability to identify and associate novelties with the client portfolio.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, team spirit, and client orientation.
- Fluency in English required, a third language is an additional asset.
