1. Significantly increase sales in the Salons Particuliers and meet established revenue targets.
2. Maintain constant communication with internal departments and luxury boutiques to effectively meet client expectations.
3. Anticipate the needs of privileged clients by staying informed about store novelties and exclusives.
4. Propose personalized services tailored to client profiles.
5. Identify and develop a high-potential client portfolio through in-store events, Salons Particuliers, and external events.
6. Actively recruit new clients through networking and dynamic engagement to expand the client portfolio and increase appointments.
7. Ensure excellence in customer service, acting as an ambassador for the store with personalized in-person and remote interactions.
8. Engage with clients to build lasting trust-based relationships.
9. Contribute to the grooming and presentation of the Salons Particuliers.
10. Promote Green Bon Marché brands to enhance visibility among clients.
11. Utilize clienteling tools to actively manage the client portfolio.
12. Conduct active market research in fashion, Parisian lifestyle, restaurants, new concepts, and culture.
13. Develop internal and external networks to enhance service value.
14. Plan, anticipate, and manage team and Salon-related organizational tasks.

1. Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the luxury or service industry.
2. Strong product knowledge across various domains (Fashion, Watches, Jewelry, Accessories) and excellent client understanding (culture, tastes, local and international clientele).
3. Recognized client portfolio with the ability to transition it to the brand.
4. High adaptability, acute service orientation, and situational intelligence.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, proactivity, and ability to identify and associate novelties with the client portfolio.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, team spirit, and client orientation.
7. Fluency in English required, a third language is an additional asset.
