1. Significantly increase sales in the Private Salons and achieve set revenue targets.
2. Maintain constant communication with internal services, commercial departments, and luxury boutiques to effectively meet client expectations.
3. Anticipate the needs of privileged clients by actively following store novelties and exclusivities.
4. Propose personalized services tailored to client profiles.
5. Prospect, identify, and develop a high-potential client portfolio during in-store events, Private Salons, or external events.
6. Actively recruit new clients through networking and dynamism to expand the client portfolio and increase appointments.
7. Ensure excellence in customer service in all aspects.
8. Act as an ambassador for the store, providing personalized greetings both in-person and remotely, and developing shopping sessions in the Private Salons.
9. Meet and interact with clients to build lasting trust relationships.
10. Contribute to the grooming and presentation of the Private Salons.
11. Naturally propose selections linked to Green Bon Marché brands, enhancing the visibility of committed brands to the clientele.
12. Actively manage the client portfolio through Clienteling tools.
13. Conduct active monitoring of Fashion, Parisian Life, Restaurants, New Concepts, and Culture sectors.
14. Develop internal and external networks to enhance the service.
15. Plan, anticipate, and manage the organization associated with team life and Salons.

1. Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the Luxury and/or Service industry.
2. Strong product knowledge in various domains (Fashion, Watches, Jewelry, Accessories) and excellent client understanding (culture, tastes, local and international clientele).
3. Recognized client portfolio with the ability to transition it to the brand.
4. High adaptability, acute sense of service, and situational intelligence.
5. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, proactivity, and ability to identify novelties and associate them with the client portfolio.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, team spirit, and client orientation.
7. Bilingual in English is mandatory, a third language is an additional asset.
