- Significantly enhance sales in the Private Salons and achieve set revenue targets.
- Maintain constant communication with internal departments, commercial sectors, and luxury boutiques to effectively meet client expectations.
- Anticipate the needs of privileged clients by actively following store novelties and exclusivities.
- Propose personalized services tailored to client profiles.
- Prospect, identify, and develop a high-potential client portfolio through in-store events, Private Salons, and external events.
- Actively recruit new clients through networking and dynamism to expand the client base and increase appointments.
- Ensure excellence in customer service in all aspects.
- Act as an ambassador for the store, providing personalized greetings both in-person and remotely, and enhancing shopping sessions in the Private Salons.
- Engage with clients to build lasting trust-based relationships.
- Contribute to the grooming and presentation of the Private Salons.
- Naturally suggest selections related to Green Bon Marché brands, enhancing the visibility of committed brands to our clientele.
- Actively manage the client portfolio using Clienteling tools.
- Conduct active monitoring of Fashion, Parisian Lifestyle, Restaurants, New Concepts, and Culture sectors.
- Develop internal and external networks to enhance service value.
- Plan, anticipate, and manage the organization associated with team life and Salons.
- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the Luxury and/or Service industry.
- Strong product knowledge across various sectors (Fashion, Watchmaking, Jewelry, Accessories) and excellent client understanding (culture, tastes, local and international clientele).
- Recognized client portfolio with the ability to transition it to our brand.
- High adaptability, acute service sense, and situational intelligence.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, proactivity, and ability to identify novelties and associate them with the client portfolio.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, team spirit, and client orientation.
- Fluency in English is required; a third language is an additional asset.
