1. Prepare and process monthly payroll for 300-350 employees using Decidium GE by ADP.
2. Collect, input, and verify payroll data and variables.
3. Generate and audit payslips, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
4. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including administrative documentation.
5. Maintain individual employee records within the digital administrative management system.
6. Oversee interfaces with payroll software and ensure data integrity.
7. Monitor social security affiliations and handle related administrative tasks.
8. Respond to employee inquiries via the HR request platform.
9. Supervise and control time and attendance using E-Temptation by Horoquartz.
10. Assist managers with daily use of time management tools and address employee queries.
11. Provide support to managers and employees with a focus on client service and proximity.

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar payroll function.
2. Previous experience in retail with direct operational contact.

1. Proficiency in payroll software, specifically Decidium GE (ADP) and E-Temptation (Horoquartz).
2. Advanced Excel skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

A minimum of 4 years in a similar payroll role, with experience in the retail sector.

Degree in Payroll Management or related field.
