1. Lead the project management for the implementation of a new HR/Payroll system.
2. Serve as the liaison between HR teams, IT departments, software vendors, and key users.
3. Define and monitor the project timeline and deliverables.
4. Facilitate project meetings, produce minutes, and track action plans.
5. Configure the new payroll software according to legal, contractual, and company-specific requirements.
6. Ensure system compliance with current legislation and internal policies.
7. Analyze discrepancies between the new system and existing processes.
8. Draft functional specifications for payroll, reporting, and data submissions.
9. Support the migration and verification of historical payroll data.
10. Develop and execute test plans, including functional and user acceptance testing.
11. Coordinate and conduct test campaigns, ensuring thorough documentation and traceability.
12. Contribute to the change management process, including the development and delivery of training materials.
13. Assist users in adopting the new system and support continuous improvement of HR processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.

1. In-depth knowledge of social legislation and payroll regulations.
2. Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll systems such as ADP or Horoquartz E-Temptation.
3. Strong project management skills, including planning, reporting, and coordination.
4. Excellent written communication, analytical, and pedagogical skills.

Minimum of 10 years in payroll project management, including experience with software transitions or company mergers.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
