1. Assist in the preparation and production of pastry items under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef and their team.
2. Select and measure ingredients accurately for pastry production.
3. Perform preliminary tasks, basic preparations, and assembly of pastry items.
4. Conduct finishing touches on pastry products to ensure quality and presentation.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, including equipment upkeep and workspace tidiness.
6. Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure efficient production operations.

1. Currently enrolled in a CAP Pâtisserie or CAP Connexe Pâtisserie program.
2. Strong passion for pastry arts and a desire to excel in a high-end environment.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
