1. Assist new suppliers in creating their accounts on the digital procurement platform.
2. Centralize all necessary administrative documents from suppliers.
3. Coordinate internal order requirements for specific Store Operations divisions.
4. Create and track purchase orders in the internal software, including creation, receipt, and invoicing follow-up with the accounting department for specific Store Operations divisions.
5. Manage supplier claims in case of disputes related to purchase orders and invoicing for specific Store Operations divisions.
6. Update the order tracking table, including delivery dates and amounts.
7. Archive quotes, contracts, and all relevant legal documents.
8. Support monthly expense closures for the Store Operations department.

1. Proficiency in clear and concise writing and communication in both French and English.
2. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
3. Fluent in English (oral and written).
4. Knowledge of accounting and budgeting processes, with experience in administrative or financial assistance considered a plus.
