1. Conduct individual nursing consultations following established protocols.
2. Manage emergency situations, including workplace accidents, in accordance with public health and labor codes.
3. Support employees and the organization by addressing specific requests such as appointments, job studies, and medical recommendations.
4. Ensure adherence to occupational health physician's recommendations in cases of aptitude restrictions.
5. Provide tailored support to employees with disabilities or chronic conditions.
6. Facilitate discussions for job retention and workplace adaptation in collaboration with employers, public bodies, and occupational health physicians.
7. Contribute to the development and updating of health and safety documents in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
8. Offer advice and information on occupational health matters.
9. Create and lead awareness and training sessions on physical and mental health prevention topics.
10. Organize and participate in hygiene, individual and collective health, and safety education initiatives.
11. Engage in individual or collective workplace health actions and, if necessary, health surveillance and research.
12. Perform various administrative tasks, including surveys, agendas, and documentation management.
13. Manage the pharmacy, infirmary, and inventory, ensuring traceability and compliance.
14. Maintain records of nursing consultations and actions.
15. Compile diverse reports and maintain various registers.

1. State Diploma in Nursing, ideally supplemented by a Bachelor's in Occupational Health or equivalent certified training.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and professional software (PADOA/PREVENTIEL).
2. Fluency in professional English and French.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Demonstrated discretion and adaptability.

A minimum of three years in a similar occupational health nursing role is required.

State Diploma in Nursing, ideally with additional training in Occupational Health.
