1. Conduct individual follow-up nursing interviews according to established protocols.
2. Manage emergencies, including workplace accidents and care, in compliance with public health and labor codes.
3. Support employees and the company by addressing specific requests such as appointments, job studies, and medical recommendations.
4. Follow up on occupational health physician's recommendations in cases of aptitude restrictions.
5. Provide special support to employees with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
6. Facilitate discussions for job retention and workplace adaptation in collaboration with employers, public bodies, and occupational health physicians.
7. Participate in the development and updating of health and safety documents in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and the company.
8. Offer advice and information on occupational health.
9. Create and lead awareness, training, and information sessions on physical and mental health prevention topics at work.
10. Organize and participate in hygiene, individual and collective health, and safety prevention and education actions.
11. Engage in individual or collective workplace actions, including health surveillance and occupational health research.
12. Perform various administrative tasks such as surveys, agendas, reports, and maintaining documentation.
13. Manage the pharmacy, infirmary, and stock (traceability, expirations, orders).
14. Ensure traceability of nursing interviews and actions.
15. Prepare diverse reports and maintain various registers.

1. State Diploma in Nursing, ideally supplemented by a Bachelor's in Occupational Health/DIUST or equivalent certified training.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and professional software (PADOA/PREVENTIEL).
2. Fluency in professional English and French.
3. Recognized for rigor, dynamism, adaptability, and discretion.
4. Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with strong listening, teaching, and excellent communication skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar occupational health nursing position is required.

State Diploma in Nursing, ideally with additional certification in Occupational Health.
