1. Administer medical care for minor injuries and workplace accidents.
2. Maintain and update the medical care register and coordinate necessary declarations with the Payroll/HR department.
3. Conduct risk assessments related to musculoskeletal disorders for new office-based employees.
4. Administer vaccinations.
5. Contribute to occupational health prevention through advice dissemination and participation in awareness activities.
6. Participate in the organization of Safety Day events.
7. Manage and transmit employment retention cases.
8. Collaborate with the CSR team on disability-related initiatives within the company.
9. Maintain and monitor health KPIs.
10. Ensure the scheduling of temporary staff.
11. Oversee the availability and updating of medical equipment.
12. Participate in the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT).

1. State Diploma in Nursing (DEI)
2. Level 2 Certificate in Emergency Care and First Aid (AFGSU)

4. Ability to work autonomously

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
