Le Bon Marché Media Communications Specialist

- Contribute to the development of the annual strategy for acquiring new clients and establish an action calendar.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 360 cross-media strategy, focusing on digital and offline media, including briefs, recommendations, planning optimization, media buying, content creation, activation plans, and campaign performance tracking.
- Oversee the operational deployment of media initiatives and ensure adherence to timelines in collaboration with the Media & Acquisition Project Manager, media agency, partners, and internal teams.
- Conduct monthly and ad-hoc analyses to evaluate and optimize media and client acquisition efforts for Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Epicerie de Paris.
- Manage the budget for 360-degree media actions.
- Conduct regular media monitoring.
- Implement offline communication actions such as billboards, press insertions, and leaflets with various partners.
- Manage the operational deployment of native advertising, brand content, and programmatic media buying in collaboration with the Media & Acquisition Project Manager.
- Master's degree in Communication from a university or business school.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with media agency experience being advantageous.
- Strong client satisfaction orientation and sensitivity to the fashion, luxury, and retail sectors.
- Organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and curious nature.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work interactively.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Master's degree in Communication or related field.
