- Support buyers and purchasing assistants in daily tasks to prepare in-store and e-shop exhibitions.
- Liaise with suppliers to gather brand information and ensure follow-up.
- Manage product samples for exhibitions and e-commerce site.
- Collaborate with buyers, style office, suppliers, and advertising team to construct catalogues and track performance.
- Participate in multi-channel communication for animations, coordinating with Bon Marché's internet and visual identity teams.
- Implement marketing activations such as social media, VIC salons, and CRM.
- Oversee and track the implementation of cross-commercial operations like pop-ups and customizations.
- Attend purchasing meetings with buyers and follow the purchasing process, including supplier creation in SAP, order preparation, delivery tracking, and product placement in exhibition areas.
- Contribute to sector activity tracking and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
- Support the new e-commerce site Lebonmarche.com with e-commerce matrices, supplier contact, and participation in photoshoots.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, fashion, or a related field.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly adaptable.
- Curious mindset with a keen interest in product trends.
- Recognized for rigor and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and iMovie; video editing skills are a plus.
- Fluent in English.
