1. Prepare monthly and weekly logistics KPIs and presentations on achieved results.
2. Participate in project follow-up meetings, draft minutes, and ensure their distribution to stakeholders.
3. Support managers in implementing continuous improvement tools and methods.
4. Participate in workshops and draft procedures, operating modes, and training materials.
5. Ensure rigorous monitoring and control of the implementation of validated processes and procedures, ensuring their proper application in the field.
6. Support logistics teams in implementing new organizations or tools defined within the company's project framework.
7. Participate in resolving occasional issues related to flow optimization.
8. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
9. Collect and analyze data (KPIs) to quantify discrepancies and justify improvement actions.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at an Engineering School, Business School, or University with a specialization in project management, logistics, or supply chain.

2. Attention to detail, with a synthetic and analytical mindset.
3. Enthusiastic, dynamic, and curious.
4. Proficient in Excel (advanced functions) and PowerPoint.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
