1. Optimize the management of product flows for all inbound and outbound movements, including goods and supplies.
2. Plan and coordinate with logistics providers for the reception, storage, and delivery of merchandise.
3. Optimize logistics operations in terms of cost and timing.
4. Implement and monitor performance indicators.
5. Ensure warehouse stock availability to meet availability and shrinkage targets.
6. Manage relationships with external providers to ensure optimal service.
7. Maintain constant communication with other company departments to ensure service quality and traceability.
8. Lead a team of six collaborators.
9. Supervise and train operational teams to ensure process efficiency.
10. Ensure compliance of logistics operations with current regulations.
11. Collaborate with suppliers and clients to enhance service quality and resolve logistics issues.
12. Propose technological solutions to automate and improve logistics processes.
13. Deploy La Grande Epicerie's environmental strategy in alignment with LVMH's Life 360 ambitions.

1. Higher education with a specialization in supply chain management.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a supply chain environment.

1. Expertise in supply chain planning, including OTB, forecasting, S&OP, procurement, and distribution.
2. Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and service providers.
3. Ability to interact constructively with various stakeholders and build consensus.
4. Proactive and pragmatic with strong problem-solving skills.
5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and presentation skills.

Minimum of 5 years in a supply chain environment.

Higher education with a specialization in supply chain management.
