- Optimize the management of product flows for all inbound and outbound movements, including goods and supplies.
- Plan and coordinate with logistics partners for the reception, storage, and delivery of merchandise.
- Optimize logistics operations in terms of cost and time efficiency.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators.
- Ensure warehouse stock levels meet availability and shrinkage targets.
- Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Maintain constant communication with other company departments to ensure service quality and traceability.
- Lead a team of six employees, supervising and training operational teams to ensure process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with current logistics regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and clients to enhance service quality and resolve logistical issues.
- Propose technological solutions to automate and improve logistics processes.
- Deploy La Grande Epicerie's environmental strategy in alignment with LVMH's Life 360 ambitions.
- Advanced degree with a specialization in supply chain management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain environment.
- Expertise in supply chain planning, including OTB, forecasting, S&OP, procurement, and distribution.
- Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and service providers.
- Ability to interact constructively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
- Proactive, with strong anticipation and pragmatism skills.
- Ability to address short-term operational issues and engage in long-term strategic thinking.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and ability to effectively present activities.
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and negotiation.
Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
