1. Oversee logistics, supply chain, and transportation activities across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
2. Optimize product flow management for all inbound and outbound movements, including goods and supplies.
3. Plan and coordinate with logistics partners for the receipt, storage, and delivery of merchandise.
4. Optimize logistics operations costs and timelines.
5. Implement and monitor performance indicators.
6. Ensure warehouse stock availability and minimize shrinkage.
7. Maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers.
8. Communicate consistently with other departments to ensure service quality and traceability.
9. Lead a team of six employees.
10. Supervise and train operational teams to ensure efficient logistics processes.
11. Ensure compliance with current logistics regulations.
12. Collaborate with suppliers and clients to enhance service quality and resolve logistical issues.
13. Propose technological solutions to automate and improve logistics processes.

1. Bachelor's to Master's degree in Logistics or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.
