- Coordinate logistics for the B2B department, including corporate gifts and external sales.
- Serve as the liaison between the B2B service, suppliers, and the warehouse.
- Ensure sales forecasts and stock management are accurately followed.
- Oversee production scaling with service providers, especially during peak periods such as Christmas.
- Develop and implement logistics performance indicators in collaboration with the B2B department.
- Manage relationships with transport providers to ensure timely delivery to clients and partners.
- Ensure warehouse supply for the Private Label supplier portfolio to meet store and B2B needs.
- Optimize stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages.
- Monitor supplier orders to the warehouse, manage returns from sales points, and address receipt anomalies.
- Collaborate daily with the Private Label Product Manager and department heads on sales, stock flow, and shortages.
- Track supply chain KPIs daily and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct annual and monthly reviews with supply chain KPI analysis and identify improvement areas.
- Manage markdowns by identifying expired products, tracking obsolete stock, and improving processes.
- Develop and implement best practices with suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain/Logistics/Procurement or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in the food industry with a focus on product categories such as Grocery/Drugstore, Perfumery, Hygiene/Brewery, considering their seasonality.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary stakeholders (sales, accounting, suppliers, buyers).
- Strong situational awareness for managing supplier/service provider relationships.
- Proven skills in anticipation, management, and leadership.
- Proficiency in priority management, autonomy, initiative, and strategic thinking.
- Advanced proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite), particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of three years in logistics or supply chain, ideally within the food sector.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain/Logistics/Procurement or equivalent.
