1. Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial and marketing contracts, including acquisition and loan agreements for artworks, exploitation contracts, and general terms and conditions.
2. Provide legal advice to operational teams on contract law, competition law, and consumer law.
3. Offer legal support for projects related to new technologies, including the digitalization of legal activities and matters concerning Artificial Intelligence tools.
4. Prepare and participate in training sessions.
5. Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.

1. Master 2 in Business Law or CRFPA training.
2. International academic or professional experience is appreciated.
3. Strong knowledge of distribution and contract law, ideally through previous internships in law firms or companies, preferably in the distribution sector.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.

3. Autonomous with a collaborative spirit.
