1. Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial, marketing, and procurement contracts, including distribution agreements, unique conventions, and general terms and conditions.
2. Provide legal counsel to operational teams on distribution, competition, and consumer law.
3. Prepare and participate in training sessions.
4. Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.

1. Master 2 in Business Law with a specialization in Competition and Distribution Law, or CRFPA training.
2. Previous internship experience in a law firm or corporate setting, ideally within the distribution sector.

1. Proficiency in English is essential.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills.
4. Organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
5. Autonomous with a collaborative spirit.
