1. Administer Windows and Linux servers both on-premises and in the cloud.
2. Manage cloud infrastructure and software applications such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
3. Provide level 2 and 3 technical support and incident resolution.
4. Participate in the industrialization and rationalization of IT environments.
5. Contribute to infrastructure evolution projects, including cloud migration.
6. Install and configure technical applications such as web and application servers.
7. Draft and maintain installation and operation procedures.
8. Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer to implement security solutions.
9. Work with technical leads and support external service providers.
