1. Gather and analyze business requirements from operational teams.
2. Assist in drafting detailed technical-functional specifications and user stories.
3. Ensure alignment of business requests with project objectives and technical capabilities.
4. Collaborate with IT Project Managers and developers to ensure clear understanding of system requirements.
5. Contribute to the design of technical solutions in collaboration with development teams.
6. Conduct technical investigations within systems to understand and qualify issues.
7. Participate in defining test strategies and plans, including functional, integration, and non-regression tests.
8. Design and execute test campaigns, identify anomalies, and follow up on their resolution.
9. Validate deliverables and implementation quality before production release.
10. Contribute to the structuring and enhancement of project documentation.
11. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and propose process optimizations.
12. Participate in discussions on test and deployment process automation.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of significant experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
3. Experience in AMOA, technical-functional roles, or software testing in multi-application contexts is a major asset.

1. Proficiency in SQL/SOQL queries, log analysis, and understanding of JSON/XML formats.
2. Strong IT affinity and problem-solving skills.
3. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and test management tools (e.g., Squash).
4. Excellent ability to gather, analyze, and formalize business needs.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a pronounced team-working preference.
6. Curiosity, analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and pragmatism.
7. Operational focus and adaptability to dynamic environments.
8. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

A minimum of 3 years of significant experience, ideally within the retail or luxury sectors, with a focus on project management or technical-functional roles.
