1. Assist the Client Development and Partnerships Manager in strategizing the acquisition and development of a high-end local and international clientele.
2. Engage with various partners and brands to create client events.
3. Develop briefs for client events and coordinate client data extraction in collaboration with the CRM department.
4. Coordinate VIC events, including client targeting, invitation creation, phoning, and presence at private events at Le Bon Marché or external venues.
5. Innovate new services and event formats for top clients.
6. Contribute ideas for cross-departmental store projects.
7. Conduct competitive benchmarks to maintain a precise understanding of the event-related aspects of loyalty programs and VIC hospitality.

1. Pursuing a degree from a business school or university, ideally with a specialization in Retail/Luxury (Bac +4/5 level).

4. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Dynamic and operational with a versatile approach.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Fluency in English.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.
