1. Assist the Client Development and Partnerships Manager in strategizing the acquisition and development of a high-end local and international clientele.
2. Engage with various partners and brands to orchestrate client events.
3. Develop briefs for client events and coordinate client data extraction requests in collaboration with the CRM department.
4. Coordinate VIC events, including client targeting, invitation creation, phoning, and presence at private events both at Le Bon Marché and external venues.
5. Conceptualize new services and event formats for top-tier clients.
6. Contribute innovative ideas for cross-departmental store projects.
7. Conduct benchmarks to maintain a precise understanding of competitive landscapes, particularly in event-related loyalty programs and VIC hospitality.

1. Enrollment in a business school or university program, ideally with a specialization in Retail/Luxury (Bac +4/5 level).
