- Assist in the deployment of internal control by implementing procedures and recommendations across departments and raising awareness and training teams on internal control.
- Identify, evaluate, and analyze operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Verify compliance of practices with established internal procedures and identify discrepancies to propose process optimizations.
- Contribute to the drafting, implementation, and updating of internal control procedures.
- Participate in designing reports on processes and risks, and propose improvements to internal control, implementing new processes and action plans as necessary.
- Ensure the follow-up of action plans and the implementation of recommendations, verifying their effectiveness.
- Organize awareness sessions for employees on best practices in internal control and assist in training new employees on control and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate closely with functional and operational teams to ensure smooth communication and understanding of internal control issues.
- Participate in follow-up meetings with relevant departments to discuss control results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business School or equivalent university degree with a specialization in audit/internal control or risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse operational stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, coupled with rigorous attention to detail.
- Initiative and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and process evaluations.
Entry-level position; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
