1. Assist in the deployment of internal control by implementing procedures and recommendations across departments and raising awareness and training teams on internal control.
2. Identify, evaluate, and analyze operational, financial, and compliance risks.
3. Verify compliance of practices with established internal procedures and identify discrepancies to propose process optimizations.
4. Contribute to the drafting, implementation, and updating of internal control procedures.
5. Participate in designing reports on processes and risks, and propose improvements to internal control, implementing new processes and action plans as necessary.
6. Ensure the follow-up of action plans and the implementation of recommendations, verifying their effectiveness.
7. Organize awareness sessions for employees on best practices in internal control and assist in training new employees on control and compliance procedures.
8. Collaborate closely with functional and operational teams to ensure smooth communication and understanding of internal control issues.
9. Participate in follow-up meetings with relevant departments to discuss control results.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business School or equivalent university degree with a specialization in audit/internal control or risk management.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse operational stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, coupled with rigorous attention to detail.
4. Initiative and adaptability in dynamic environments.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to conduct risk assessments and process evaluations.

Entry-level position; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
