Responsibilities
- Serve as the editor for internal media channels, including Intranet, newsletters, and digital screens, by creating engaging content.
- Develop and manage the editorial calendar.
- Highlight news and talents within the organization.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate internal events for employees.
- Lead and promote activities of the Bon Marché Sports Union.
- Support the implementation of new internal communication initiatives.
- Propose ideas to enhance internal communication strategies.
- Deploy initiatives to foster team engagement, cohesion, and pride.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or a related field.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Creative sensitivity and a keen eye for design.
- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
