Le Bon Marché Interior Architect

- Participate in the development of store space projects for Le Bon Marché and La Grande Epicerie de Paris.
- Research and develop space concepts and details related to furniture, lighting, and materials.
- Design presentation dossiers using various media, including mandatory 3D modeling.
- Create planning documents for APS, APD, DCE, EXE phases in layout and structure.
- Monitor budgets and adhere to project timelines.
- Develop architectural specifications for brands, ensuring compliance and updates, including store plans.
- Coordinate with commercial teams and manage internal technical teams and external service providers.
- Contribute to the creation of a responsibility and eco-design charter, ensuring adherence to eco-design commitments across projects.
- Architectural degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end architectural project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, Rhino/Vray, or 3DSMax.
- Strong drawing skills with attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage priorities and multitask proactively.
- Autonomous and responsive in project management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury architecture project management, particularly in retail, hospitality, or dining environments.
Degree in Architecture.
