Le Bon Marché Indirect Procurement Specialist

- Oversee procurement categories in alignment with Le Bon Marché-La Samaritaine's purchasing policy and LVMH Group strategy.
- Execute the entire procurement process: supplier sourcing, drafting specifications with internal clients, managing tenders, negotiating, and contracting in collaboration with the Legal Department.
- Develop and implement a procurement strategy and action plan with internal departments to optimize processes and costs.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews with strategic suppliers.
- Conduct regular reviews with various departments to monitor the approved action plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
- Monitor procurement performance indicators using Per Angusta and provide annual reports to the Finance Director.
- Represent indirect procurement in the sustainable development project of Le Bon Marché-La Samaritaine.
- Contribute to the development of the indirect procurement department: procedures, processes, and tools.
- Collaborate with LVMH Group Procurement and the procurement teams of different Group Houses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, ideally complemented by a postgraduate degree in Procurement.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in indirect procurement or in departments managing technical projects, general services, or layout and renovation.
- Proven negotiation skills and supplier relationship management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.
- Organizational, rigorous, and pragmatic approach.
- Proactive and autonomous with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years in indirect procurement or related fields such as technical projects, general services, or retail is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, ideally complemented by a postgraduate degree in Procurement.
