Le Bon Marché Indirect Procurement Manager

- Manage procurement categories in alignment with Le Bon Marché-La Samaritaine's procurement policy and LVMH Group strategy.
- Execute the entire procurement process: supplier sourcing, drafting specifications with internal clients, defining supplier panels, managing tenders, negotiating, and contractualizing in collaboration with the Legal department.
- Develop and implement a procurement strategy and action plan in collaboration with internal clients to optimize processes and costs.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews with strategic suppliers.
- Conduct regular reviews with various departments to monitor the validated action plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
- Utilize Per Angusta to manage procurement performance indicators and provide annual reporting to the Finance Director.
- Participate in and represent indirect procurement in the sustainable development project of Le Bon Marché-La Samaritaine.
- Contribute to the development of the indirect procurement department: procedures, processes, and procurement tools.
- Collaborate with LVMH Group Procurement and procurement teams across different Group Houses.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in business, commerce, or engineering, ideally supplemented by a postgraduate degree in procurement.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in indirect procurement or in departments handling technical projects, general expenses, or renovation and layout work.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability and active listening.
- Organized, rigorous, analytical, and pragmatic.
- Proactive and autonomous with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Knowledge of SAP and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
Minimum of 10 years in indirect procurement or related fields such as technical projects, general services, or retail.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in business, commerce, or engineering, ideally with a postgraduate degree in procurement.
