1. Lead procurement categories in alignment with Le Bon Marché-La Samaritaine's purchasing policy and LVMH group strategy.
2. Execute the entire procurement process: supplier sourcing, specification development, supplier panel definition, tender management, negotiation, and contract finalization in collaboration with the Legal department.
3. Develop and implement a procurement strategy and action plan in collaboration with internal clients to optimize processes and costs.
4. Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews with strategic suppliers.
5. Conduct regular reviews with various departments to monitor the approved action plan.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
7. Manage procurement performance indicators using Per Angusta and provide annual reporting to the Finance Director.
8. Represent indirect procurement in the sustainable development project of Le Bon Marché-La Samaritaine.
9. Contribute to the development of the indirect procurement department: procedures, processes, and procurement tools.
10. Collaborate with LVMH Group Procurement and various Group Houses' Procurement teams.

1. Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or engineering, ideally supplemented by a postgraduate qualification in Procurement.
2. Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in indirect procurement or technical project management, general services, or renovation and layout projects.

2. Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.
3. Organized, rigorous, and pragmatic with a proactive and autonomous approach.
4. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
5. Fluency in both French and English.
6. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of successful experience in indirect procurement or in departments handling technical projects, general services, or renovation and layout projects.

Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or engineering, ideally supplemented by a postgraduate qualification in Procurement.
