Le Bon Marché Human Resources Receptionist

- Manage the processing of administrative documents submitted by brands prior to their teams' arrival at the store.
- Create digital profiles for brand employees before their arrival.
- Welcome new arrivals and issue access badges for various store areas such as local access, cash registers, storage, and changing rooms.
- Issue badges for Le Bon Marché employees and provide initial reception support in collaboration with HR teams.
- Organize and archive administrative documents following the creation of profiles in the digital system.
- Educational background in Administration/Management with knowledge of Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reception role, ideally within an HR department.
- Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive with strong prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools.
A minimum of 3 years in a reception role, preferably within a Human Resources department.
Degree in Administration or Management with HR knowledge.
