1. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-boarding, DPAE, and onboarding activities.
2. Draft and manage employment contracts and amendments, ensuring timely execution.
3. Compose various administrative correspondences related to employee management.
4. Coordinate with other departments, including HR reception and payroll services.
5. Maintain accurate administrative records and update digital tools.
6. Define recruitment needs, criteria, and profiles.
7. Draft and disseminate job postings across multiple platforms.
8. Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
9. Manage applications and conduct interviews in collaboration with Managers and HR Business Partners.
10. Provide regular activity reports.
11. Support and monitor the community of interns and apprentices.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a Business School with a specialization in Human Resources.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.
